This part is supplied NEW and for reference has the Part No. GUJ116.

Universal joints are notorious for wearing rapidly through lack of regular maintenance/greasing which can result in a 'clunking' noise when the car is moving and if bad enough can result in the joint failing altogether. If the UJ's on your TR5 haven't been changed in a long while, then this item would make the ideal replacement part.
