Product Description

HEATER BOX TO PLENUM CHAMBER, BULKHEAD FOAM SEAL that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkI, II, III, IV & 1500 ; YEARS 1962-1980.

This foam seal has been unavailable for many years but it has now been re-manufactured by us using new tooling and is supplied NEW. The original Part No. is 614125.

It locates between the heater box assembly and the bulkhead plenum chamber behind and provides a seal between the components. The original seal as factory fitted usually degrades over time and becomes brittle or powdery making it unusable.

This would make an ideal replacement for your existing damaged or missing seal or use if you are planning on removing and refitting the heater on your Spitfire either as part of a partial or full restoration.

Typically there is one required per car. If you are unsure of the location of this seal in the car then please look at the diagram attached which illustrates where it will go.
