Product Description

A set of 4 HEATER BOX INLET & OUTLET PIPES FOAM SEALS that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MkI, II, III, IV & 1500 ; YEARS 1962-1980.

These foam seals have been unavailable for many years but they have now been re-manufactured by us using new tooling and are supplied NEW. The original Part Nos. are 616627 & 613648. The price shown is for 4 foam seals, 2 large and 2 small size (1 of each is fitted to each pipe).

They locate on the inlet & outlet pipes between the heater box assembly and the bulkhead behind and provide a seal between the components. The original seals as factory fitted usually degrade over time and become brittle or powdery making them unusable.

They would make ideal replacements for your existing damaged or missing seals or use if you are planning on removing and refitting the heater on your Spitfire either as part of a partial or full restoration.

Typically there are 4 seals required per car.
