Product Description

SEAT BASE RUBBER DIAPHRAGM & HOOKS that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

TRIUMPH GT6 MkI & II ; YEARS 1966-1970 (*).

This part is supplied NEW and for reference has the Part No. 573900.

The diaphragm is made in the UK from black rubber and locates on the seat base and provide support for the foam padding above it. It is supplied with 10 zinc plated steel hooks, clips for attaching to the seat frame. The hook are supplied fitted to the diaphragm and the attachment points have a metal reinforcing plate in them to prevent the rubber from tearing. 

Replace the perished or damaged seat diaphragm on your GT6 with this excellent quality replacement part.

(*) NOTE : The original style diaphragm for the GT6 is no longer available so this alternative design will need the following amendments to aid in its fitting ;

THE 4 TOP & BOTTOM HOOKS WILL NEED ROTATING BY 180 DEGREES.

THE 2 RIGHT HAND HOOKS WILL NEED TRIMMING BY 2-3MM TO ALLOW THEM TO PASS UNDER THE SEAT COVER INTO THE FITTING HOLES.
