A set of 3 STANDARD RUBBER BRAKE HOSES WITH FITTINGS that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

MG MIDGET MkII & III ; YEARS 1961-1974.

MG MIDGET 1500 ; YEARS 1974-1979.

AUSTIN HEALEY SPRITE MkII, III & IV ; YEARS 1963-1970.

NOTE : For cars fitted with disc brakes either as factory standard or with a disc brake conversion.

These parts are supplied NEW and for reference, have the Part Nos. GBH157, GBH158 & C1592A.

The price includes for 2 front hoses, 1 rear hose, 2 banjo bolts, 5 copper washers, 3 star washers & 3 nuts which is sufficient for 1 car.

Brake hoses and indeed any parts associated with the braking system are a safety critical item and their condition should not be ignored or overlooked. Brake hoses can and do deteriorate/split over time leading to poor braking response and, if bad enough a possible brake failure and certainly an MOT failure (in the UK). Therefore, if the brake hoses on your MG Midget or AH Sprite are looking past their best then this set would make an ideal replacement.
