REAR AXLE BUMP STOP RUBBER that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 MkIII BJ8 (26705 ONWARDS) ; YEARS 1964-1967.

NOTE : Not suitable for the earlier 100/4, 100/6 or pre-1964 3000 models.

This bump stop is very good quality and is supplied NEW. For reference the Part No. is 2A7142.

As with any part made from rubber, they are prone to deterioration through age, road dirt and oil contamination which results in them perishing or splitting thereby negating their intended dampening effect. If yours are split or looking past their best then this bump stop would make the ideal replacement part.
