Product Description

HYDRAULIC BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH (SPADE TYPE TERMINALS) that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 MkIII BJ8 ; YEARS 1964-1968.

FITTED WITH A BRAKE SERVO.

The switch locates on the front 4 way brass brake junction union and creates an electrical circuit between the hydraulic action of the brake pedal and the rear brake lights. This is the early style switch with a flat fitting into the brake union, the later style switch had a tapered end fitting.

This switch can be prone to breaking through repeated use so if your is broken or missing then this would make the ideal replacement part.

SIZE : 1/8" x 24 NPTF. 2 LUCAR SPADE CONNECTORS TO THE REAR.

This switch is an excellent quality part and is supplied NEW and for reference has the Part No. 27H4754.
